I just returned from Los Angeles where I spoke at the Hair colorist Energizing Summit. If you are a hair colorist and want some serious education, this show is for you. This is not really a beauty show, but more of an educational event. The participants had hands-on experience with hair color. It was all about hair color (except I spoke about financial and tax for those that wanted to listen during lunch). There was nothing about the different brands and no one was trying to tell you why their color is better.
Watch for this program next year. Andre Nizetich, who puts this program on, does a great job of bringing together some top talent to help educate the profession. It was well worth the money.
